Orange Duffel Bag
The Orange Duffel Bag Foundation provides coaching, training and ongoing mentoring to at-risk youth; support to their guardians and caring adults; and service to the community in a spirit of offering hope and enriching young lives. The 501c3 nonprofit, launched in February 2010, delivers professional level life plan coaching from certified life and executive coaches to youth (ages 12-24) who are in foster care or who have aged out, homeless youth and youth at-risk. Via a proven methodology, ODBF guides them through the process of creating their own life plans that result from the transformational change process they experience during the course. Our curriculum has been piloted in various formats with youth in foster care and at-risk middle and high school students in both Georgia and Utah. The curriculum is based on the multi-award winning My Orange Duffel Bag: A Journey to Radical Change, and its 7 Rules for the Road, a nonfiction book about a homeless teen who became a successful executive and his self-help advice for success.

The WOW Network Alliance has decided to adopt Project Medishare through this next year by contributing 5% of our gross revenue each month in order to assist in providing quality health care throughout the world. Combined contributions add up to ensure that support and additional resources will continue to be available even after the physical wounds have healed.

Note from Nikki ~ Can you imagine hearing the words "your child has autism"? In a split second, life - as you know it - has changed. For a different family every 20 minutes, tomorrow will never be the same.
By participating in this event, you are helping to change the future for all who struggle with autism. By walking, you are getting us one step closer to finding what causes autism, how to prevent and treat it, and ultimately a cure so no family ever hears those words again. Until then, we walk to find answers and raise awareness about the devastating toll that autism has had on families like ours.
I need you to help make tomorrow be about dance lessons, school lunches and first words rather than therapy, doctor appointments and despair. Together, we will find the missing pieces.
